These Terms of Service govern your use of JobFlow, a service operated by Ripple VFX Ltd. By creating an account or using JobFlow, you agree to these Terms.
JobFlow is a job-application tracking and organization tool. It may include application tracking, notes, reminders, calendar features, statistics, and optional paid Pro features. JobFlow does not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, or any particular job-search outcome.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials and devices. You must not access another person's JobFlow account without authorization.
JobFlow may offer a free plan with feature or usage limits and one or more paid Pro subscription plans. Features, limits, and pricing may change from time to time. Any material subscription price change will be handled according to the rules of the platform through which you subscribed.
JobFlow Pro may be offered as an automatically renewing subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable store's rules. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple subscription settings and a Google Play subscription through Google Play.
Deleting your JobFlow account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Store subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable store.
Refunds and billing disputes for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled under the applicable platform's policies.
Where supported, JobFlow provides a Restore Purchases function to restore an eligible active mobile subscription associated with the applicable store account.
You retain ownership of the job-search information and notes you enter into JobFlow. You grant Ripple VFX Ltd. the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that information solely to provide and operate JobFlow.
You agree not to misuse JobFlow, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, use JobFlow for unlawful purposes, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems.
You may delete your JobFlow account from within the app. Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your JobFlow account and associated active application data, subject to limited retention required for backups, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of JobFlow. We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
JobFlow, including its software, interface, branding, graphics, and other materials provided by Ripple VFX Ltd., is owned by Ripple VFX Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
For JobFlow downloaded through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies where applicable. You can review it at Apple's Standard EULA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ripple VFX Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of JobFlow. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as JobFlow changes. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when a new version is published.
