Privacy Policy

JobFlow is operated by Ripple VFX Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains what information JobFlow collects, how it is used, the service providers involved, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and account authentication information.
• Authentication identifiers: identifiers provided by services such as Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In when you choose to use those services.
• Job-tracking content: job applications, employers, positions, statuses, notes, dates, follow-up information, and other information you choose to enter into JobFlow.
• Calendar and reminder information: information you choose to add or synchronize through JobFlow when you grant calendar or notification permissions.
• Subscription information: subscription product, transaction, entitlement, renewal, and subscription-status information provided by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. JobFlow does not receive your full payment-card number from Apple or Google.
• Operational information: limited technical and error information may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve JobFlow.
• Create and authenticate your account.
• Store and synchronize your job-tracking information.
• Provide reminders, calendar features, and subscription access.
• Respond to support requests and send password-reset or account-related messages.
• Protect JobFlow against abuse, fraud, and security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

On iOS, JobFlow Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. On Android, subscriptions are processed through Google Play. RevenueCat is used to validate subscription status and manage subscription entitlements inside JobFlow. If JobFlow offers web billing in the future or separately from the mobile apps, Stripe may be used for that billing flow.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and any applicable payment processor handle payment information according to their own privacy policies. JobFlow receives only the information needed to determine subscription status and provide paid features.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

JobFlow may use the following service providers to operate the service:

• Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, and iOS subscription billing.
• Google — Google Sign-In and Google Play services.
• RevenueCat — subscription entitlement and purchase-status management.
• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting.
• Render — backend hosting and infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Stripe — web billing only where separately offered.

These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your JobFlow account information and user-created content for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your JobFlow account, we delete the account and associated JobFlow application data from our active systems. Limited information may remain temporarily in routine backups, infrastructure logs, or records required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, or legal compliance, subject to applicable retention requirements.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your JobFlow account from within the app. Account deletion removes your JobFlow account and associated app data from our active systems. If you signed in with Apple, JobFlow also requests revocation of its Sign in with Apple authorization where applicable. JobFlow also requests deletion of related RevenueCat customer data where supported.

Deleting your JobFlow account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel or manage the subscription through Apple or Google before or after deleting the JobFlow account.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may revoke optional calendar or notification permissions through your device settings.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption and reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect JobFlow data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

JobFlow is not directed to children under the age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as JobFlow evolves. The updated date above will be changed when material revisions are published.
